The initial concepts
The Longueville waterfront location demanded a design response that honored the spectacular setting. Our extension maximizes water views from living areas while respecting planning controls and neighboring properties. Material selection reflects the coastal environment, and interior spaces create intimate connections with the harbour landscape.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames harbour views like artwork, while outdoor terraces extend living spaces over the water. The design celebrates its unique location while providing practical, comfortable spaces for daily life.
